1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email.

Cancellation charges will apply as per the table above.

2. No-Show Policy

If a traveller does not show up on the departure date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be provided.

3. Partial Cancellation (Group Booking)

Charges will apply as per the standard policy. Prices for remaining travellers may increase due to occupancy changes (e.g., double to single room).

4. Rescheduling / Amendments

Requests for date or itinerary changes are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Changes within 7 days may be treated as cancellation.

5. Cancellation by the Company

We may cancel the tour due to insufficient participants, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety reasons. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or refund (after supplier recoveries).

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method. Transaction charges and non-refundable components may be deducted.

7. Non-Refundable Components

Flight tickets, visa fees, permits, entry tickets, peak season bookings, and promotional offers are generally non-refundable.

8. Force Majeure

No refund or compensation will be given for events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government travel bans.

9. Early Departure / Unused Services

No refund will be given for unused hotel nights, missed sightseeing, or early departure from the tour.
